How can I personalize my item?
If the option to personalize is available it will be displayed on the product page for the item. You can select and preview your chosen characters and/or symbols for each product before adding it to your basket.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone in most cases. If you wish to use a payment method that cannot be accepted over the phone but can be accepted online, we will be able to create a shopping bag for you containing your chosen items.
Where we create a shopping bag for you, we will send you an email with a link to your shopping bag. By clicking on the link you will be able to access your shopping bag and complete your order using your preferred payment method. The items in your shopping bag will only be secured for you after payment has been taken and your items have been shipped.
This service is available 24 hours a day.
How do I Know KHAS STORES Have Received My Order?
Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirmation that your order was successfully submitted. This Email will be Containing Complete Information about Your Order like Billing, Products Details & Address you entered etc. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will additionally Call you on the Cell Phone number you will provide in your Order Form to confirm your Order. Once your Order is shipped you will again receive an email containing the Tracking Number of your Order.
How Long It Will Take To Receive My Order at my Door Step?
Your order delivers to you within 21 to 25 working days from the order date.
